Ugh, this bill is such a waste of time. Why should the President have to consider some report when making the budget? It's just gonna make things more complicated and slow everything down. This bill is a joke. It's supposed to be fighting budget waste, but all it's doing is cutting funding for important programs that help people in need. It's going to hurt a lot of families who rely on these services to get by. I can't believe they're actually passing this garbage. It's going to make things worse for everyone.
