I don't see why we need to waste money on this library bill. It's not like anyone even uses libraries anymore. They're just a relic of the past. We should be focusing on more important things like healthcare and education. Little known detail: The United States SRES Bill 169 also includes provisions for expanding digital resources and technology access in libraries.
