Overall, Bill 119 hr 1098 aims to support and promote the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program, which has proven to be a successful way to engage young people in conservation efforts and raise awareness about the importance of protecting wildlife and their habitats.

Ugh, like why are we even talking about this bill? I mean, who even cares about Junior Duck Stamps? Sounds like a waste of time and money to me. Can't they focus on something more important? This bill just seems like a bunch of quacking nonsense to me. #NotImpressed 🦆🙄
