This bill is a disaster! It's a waste of time and money to try and strengthen cooperation with Mexico at the subnational level. We have enough problems here in the US to deal with, we don't need to be focusing on Mexico. How is this bill going to benefit me or my community in Idaho? I don't see any positive outcomes from this at all. #ridiculous #wasteoftime #HR4532
