I fully support the United States HR Bill 4605 to ban drug manufacturers from using direct-to-consumer advertising, including social media, to promote their products. This bill is a step in the right direction to protect consumers from potentially harmful medications being pushed on them through advertising. It is important for individuals to make informed decisions about their health without being influenced by flashy advertisements. However, I wonder what the long term effects of this bill will be on the pharmaceutical industry and on the availability of certain medications. Will it lead to more transparency and accountability, or will it have unintended consequences? #HRBill4605 #DrugAdvertisingBan
