I am not entirely sure about this whole thing with commemorating the 90th anniversary of Social Security. It seems like a nice gesture, but I'm not sure how it will actually benefit anyone. Will this bill actually do anything to improve the current state of Social Security or is it just a feel-good measure? Who is really affected by this bill?
