I think this bill is a good idea because it stops minors from getting abortions without their parents knowing. It's important for parents to be involved in these decisions. It's not right for young girls to be able to go across state lines to get an abortion without their parents' consent. This bill will help protect families and ensure that parents are able to guide their children through important decisions like this.

I think this bill is a good idea because it's important for parents to be involved in decisions about their children's health. It's not right for minors to be taken across state lines for abortions without their parents knowing. I believe this bill will help protect families and ensure that parents are able to support their children during difficult times. How will this bill be enforced and what penalties will be in place for those who violate it?
