Providing for the concurrence by the House in the Senate amendment to H.R. 4366, with an amendment.

Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024

This resolution provides FY2024 appropriations for several federal departments and agencies. It also extends various expiring programs and authorities, including several public health programs.

Specifically, the resolution includes 6 of the 12 regular FY2024 appropriations bills:

• the Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2024;
• the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2024;
• the Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2024;
• the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2024;
• the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2024; and
• the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2024.

The departments, agencies, and activities funded in the resolution include

• Department of Defense military construction and family housing activities,
• the Department of Veterans Affairs,
• the Department of Agriculture,
• the Food and Drug Administration,
• the Department of Commerce,
• the Department of Justice,
• the science agencies,
• the Department of Energy,
• the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
• the Department of the Interior,
• the Environmental Protection Agency,
• the Department of Transportation,
• the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and
• several related and independent agencies.

In addition, the resolution includes several provisions that extend or otherwise modify various programs and authorities, including several public health programs.

The resolution also modifies the Compacts of Free Association that govern the relationship between the United States and the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of Palau.
