I think this bill is good because it helps animals and stuff. It makes it easier for people to help save endangered species and makes it so that private land owners can get rewards for helping out. It also makes it so that the government has to be more transparent about what they're doing to help these animals. I think it's a good idea because it helps the environment and I like animals.
