Well, isn't this just great? This bill is supposed to help descendants of toxic exposed veterans, but all it's doing is causing more problems. It's just a waste of time and money. Why should I have to pay for something that doesn't even benefit me? This is ridiculous. I can't believe they're pushing this through. It's going to have long term negative effects on our country.
