This bill, like, totally confuses me. I mean, why do we need to change stuff about the Board of Veterans' Appeals? It's been working fine, right? I don't see how this is gonna help anyone, especially us veterans. It's just gonna make things more complicated and slow everything down. I don't like it one bit. #confused #notcool
